Bookings are managed by Yorkshire Cottages, which is part of the Cottages.com family. On confirmation of a booking of accommodation, a limited amount of personal data is supplied as part of the contract of booking and as set out in the Yorkshire Cottages privacy notice.

The use of personal data is limited only to the distribution of relevant email-based communication to guests who have confirmed a booking. Any use of email addresses will be limited to this purpose only, and processed using email distribution software that offers capability for recipients to set individual preferences relating to further emails - such as unsubscribing from future communication.

Personal data is not processed for any other use, and is not shared with third parties.

Opting out of email communication will result in the email address being immediately removed from the distribution list for all subsequent emails.
